30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with your costume? Email us within 30 days of delivery. Send it back unused, with its accessories, and we'll refund the price of the costume once it arrives. Return postage is paid by you. We'll email you the return address when you contact us.

Damaged, faulty or not as described. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No need to send it back.
