Where we ship. Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order.

Where it ships from. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas, not from Australia.

How long it takes. Processing 1-2 business days. Delivery 3-4 business days worldwide. Order by Oct 24 for Halloween delivery.

Tracking. When tracking details are available, we email them to you.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to fix it before the order ships.
